  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons quick oats*
  • 1 large egg

    In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly mash the bananas using a fork until they achieve a smooth consistency. Incorporate the egg and oats, stirring until fully combined.

    Place a large nonstick skillet on the stove over medium-low heat. Pour the batter into the pan to create three pancakes. Sprinkle pecans on top, and allow them to cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Flip the pancakes and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes, or until they develop a golden-brown color.
