Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 90% beef
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 30 cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 jalapeño sliced in 30 thin slices
  • 30 dill pickle chips or slices
  • ketchup, mayo and/or yellow mustard
  • 4 oz center cut raw bacon
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, mustard, salt, onion powder, and pepper using your hands, ensuring all ingredients are evenly blended.

  2. 2

Shape the mixture into 30 balls, each approximately the size of a golf ball.

  3. 3

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the burger balls in a single layer, working in batches as necessary.

  4. 4

Cook them for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time to achieve your preferred level of doneness, aiming for medium.

  5. 5

Thread each cooked burger onto skewers along with lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes, and serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
