Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet or Idaho potatoes
  • olive oil spray
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • sour cream, greek yogurt, butter, chili, chives, broccoli and cheese, etc
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Equipment Needed

  • Air Fryer (I love this pretty white one from AllCool)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preparing Potatoes for Air Frying: Take a fork and make several holes in the surface of the potatoes to allow steam to escape.

  2. 2

Lightly coat each potato with a few sprays of oil and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt for seasoning.

  3. 3

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F until a knife slides effortlessly into the center of each one, approximately 35 to 40 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking duration.

  4. 4

Once cooked, remove the potatoes, cut them open, and finish with the remaining salt and pepper along with your preferred toppings.
