  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 4 salmon fillets, skin removed
