Cut the banana lengthwise, making a slit about 3/4 of the way down one side. This will help it stay stable in the air fryer while creating a slight opening in the peel and fruit.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the banana and air fry at 400°F for 5 to 6 minutes, or until it becomes tender.
In a separate small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of syrup with the yogurt until well combined.
Once the banana is cooked, add the yogurt mixture on top, dust with additional cinnamon, sprinkle with nuts, and drizzle over the remaining 1 teaspoon of maple syrup.
