  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup seasoned panko
  • olive oil spray
  • 3 tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce
  • optional: celery stalks and carrot sticks, 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
