Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs
  • 1 lemon

Equipment Needed

  • Air Fryer (I love this pretty white one from AllCool)

Instructions

    Squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the chicken, followed by an even coating of the remaining spices on both sides.

    Thoroughly massage the seasoning into the chicken, then place it in the air fryer with the skin facing down.

    Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes on each side, until the chicken is golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked in the middle.
