This Air Fryer Salmon dish featuring a delightful maple soy glaze is among my top picks for salmon preparations! It's incredibly simple and can be made in a flash using only five ingredients!

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic. Transfer this mixture into a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag and add the salmon fillets.
Allow the salmon to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes, occasionally turning the bag to ensure even coverage. If you’re short on time, a quick 5-minute soak will still impart flavor.
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil spray to prevent the salmon from sticking, or alternatively, line it with air fryer parchment.
Take the salmon out of the marinade, making sure to reserve the marinade, and gently pat the fillets dry with paper towels.
Arrange the salmon in the air fryer in batches, cooking at 400°F for 7 to 8 minutes. Adjust the cooking time as necessary based on the thickness of the salmon.
While the salmon cooks, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Allow it to simmer and reduce for 1 to 2 minutes until it thickens into a glaze, being careful not to let it dry out. Drizzle this glaze over the salmon just before serving.
If you do not have an air fryer, you can prepare the salmon using a skillet instead.
