Ingredients

  • 3 cups (16 oz) green seedless grapes
  • 4 oz light cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup light agave, maple
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz fat free Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups 24 oz gala apples

Instructions

    Halve the grapes and set them aside for later use.

    Chop the apples into small chunks that are roughly the same size as the halved grapes.

    Drizzle lemon juice over the apple pieces to keep them from turning brown.

    In a mixing bowl, blend together the yogurt, cream cheese, agave syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
