In a mixing bowl, combine the kale with olive oil, the juice from 1/4 of a lemon, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
Using your hands, gently massage the kale for approximately 1 minute, allowing it to become tender.
Cut the avocado in half, saving one half for thin slices. Scoop the remaining half into a small bowl and mash it lightly with a fork. Add 1/8 teaspoon of kosher salt, a dash of black pepper, and the juice from 1/4 of a lemon to season.
Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown.
Evenly distribute the avocado mash over the toasted bread, layering on the slices and seasoning with cumin, salt, and pepper (add extra lemon juice if you prefer).
Finish each toast with the massaged kale, thinly sliced radish, and chia seeds, then sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper according to your taste.
