Begin by setting your oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
In a small skillet, melt the butter and then incorporate half of the minced garlic. Sauté over low heat for approximately 1 minute, or until it turns golden brown. Remove from the heat and mix in the parsley.
In a sizable mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix with the shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining garlic.
Pour in the milk and gently mix the ingredients together (ensure not to overwork the dough).
Using a heaping tablespoon (about 1.5 oz), drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the lined baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Once baked, brush or drizzle the biscuits with the leftover melted butter.
