Ingredients

  • 4 6 ounce skinless salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • lemon wedges
  • chopped parsley
  • brown rice
  • olive oil spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

    In a spacious mixing bowl, add the salmon and lightly mist it with oil.

    In a separate small bowl, blend together all the spices, from paprika to black pepper. Generously coat the salmon with this spice mixture.

    Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.

    Arrange the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 400°F. Cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through, until the salmon is fully cooked in the middle and has a nice browned exterior.

    Serve the salmon bites alongside lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
