Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F.
Spread the bread cubes evenly on a baking sheet. Toast them in the oven at 400°F for 8 minutes, or until they achieve a golden-brown color.
In a medium-sized skillet, heat over medium-high heat. Add the sausage to the skillet and cook for about 7 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
