Ingredients

  • 24 oz or 4 pieces of salmon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and fresh pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp fresh
  • olive oil spray
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, minced rosemary, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic. Use a brush to apply this mixture onto the salmon.

    Lightly coat the broiler pan rack with olive oil spray and place the salmon on top.

    Position the pan about 4 inches away from the heat source and broil until the fish flakes easily with a fork, which should take approximately 4-6 minutes for every 1/2 inch of thickness.

    For salmon fillets thicker than 1 inch, carefully flip the fish halfway through the broiling process.
