Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound peeled and deveined large shrimp
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1/2 cup light blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • chopped chives
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1 head romaine or butter lettuce
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. 1

In a spacious skillet set over medium heat, warm the oil. Introduce the shrimp along with the minced garlic. Sauté, turning them over halfway through the cooking time, until they are pink and opaque all around, which should take approximately 2 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove from heat and incorporate the hot sauce, tossing to ensure each shrimp is evenly coated.

  2. 2

Prepare the wraps: Place a generous 1/4 cup of the shrimp mixture in the middle of a romaine lettuce leaf. Next, drizzle with dressing and top with diced red onion, chopped celery, and fresh chives.
