Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 anchovy fillets
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • crudites
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1

In a small bowl, pour in the lemon juice and introduce the crushed garlic cloves.

  2. 2

Allow this mixture to rest for a minimum of 15 minutes so the garlic can flavor the lemon juice.

  3. 3

In the meantime, mix all the remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl.

  4. 4

After the 15-minute infusion, use a fork or a fine mesh strainer to remove and discard the crushed garlic.

  5. 5

Incorporate the lemon juice into the dip, stirring well. Adjust the seasoning with additional pepper or a pinch of salt if necessary.

  6. 6

Enjoy the dip at room temperature or chilled, paired with your preferred vegetables; it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
