Shape the ground meat into two even patties, each about 1/3 inch in thickness. Season them generously with salt.
Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray and warm it over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, ensuring they are fully cooked.
Clean the skillet with a paper towel and reapply a light layer of cooking spray, keeping it heated on medium-low.
In the center of your wrap, layer the burger patty followed by slices of cheese, pickles, diced onion, ketchup, mustard, and shredded lettuce. Bring the sides of the wrap together to create a crunch wrap by folding them over each other.
Transfer the wrap to the heated skillet, placing it with the folded side facing down. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it’s golden brown, then flip and continue cooking until the other side is also browned and crispy, which should take another 1 to 2 minutes.
For air frying, set the temperature to 400°F and cook the burgers for 10 to 14 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
After air frying, clean the basket of the air fryer and apply a light coat of cooking spray.
Again, place the burger in the center of the wrap, layering it with cheese, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard, and lettuce.
Fold the sides over to create the crunch wrap and carefully position it in the air fryer basket, with the folded side facing down.
Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F. Once heated, place the wrap inside, folded side down, and give the top a light spray of oil. Air fry for 4 to 5 minutes, flipping it gently halfway through the cooking time.
