Begin by spiralizing the zucchini using blade D on your Inspiralizer, or opt for the thickest noodle blade available on your spiralizer.
Season the chicken with half a teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, and oregano.
In a spacious non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat, pour in half a tablespoon of the oil.
Introduce the chicken to the pan and sauté, stirring frequently, until it is nicely browned and fully cooked, which should take around 6 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Lower the heat to medium, then add the remaining oil and minced garlic, cooking until the garlic turns golden, about 30 seconds. Next, toss in the tomatoes along with crushed red pepper flakes, seasoning the mixture with a quarter teaspoon of salt and black pepper.
Decrease the heat to low and allow the mixture to simmer, covered, until the tomatoes become tender, approximately 15 minutes.
