Arrange 6 to 7 sizable leaves of lettuce in the center of the parchment to form a base measuring approximately 9 inches by 10 inches.
In the middle of the lettuce base, spread a layer of mayonnaise.
Add slices of chicken or turkey, followed by crispy bacon and fresh tomato on top.
Starting from the edge closest to you, roll the lettuce up like a jelly roll, utilizing the parchment paper as a support, and aim to make the roll as tight as you can.
When you reach the halfway point in rolling, fold the ends of the lettuce inward toward the center.
