Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ounces cooked skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

Instructions

    Take the legs, wings, and thighs off the rotisserie chicken and reserve them for a different dish.
