Ingredients

  • 12 chicken tenderloins
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup seasoned panko crumbs
  • olive oil spray
  • ketchup or bbq sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large eggs

    Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F. If you prefer, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.

    Sprinkle salt over the chicken pieces to season them. Crack an egg into a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs with panko.

    Take each piece of chicken and immerse it in the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off before transferring it to the breadcrumb mixture. Coat well, then place the chicken onto the prepared baking sheet. Generously spray both sides of the chicken with cooking oil.

    Bake the chicken for 18 minutes, flipping it halfway through the cooking time, until it is thoroughly cooked. Enjoy with your preferred dipping sauce.
