In a bowl, mix the artichoke hearts along with their liquid and the chicken, allowing it to marinate for approximately 20 minutes.
Once marinating is complete, drain off all the liquid.
Incorporate garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper into the mixture.
Place the chicken under the broiler on a low setting, positioned about 6 inches from the heat source, and cook for around 10 minutes or until it develops a golden brown color. Flip the chicken and continue broiling for another 8-10 minutes until it is thoroughly cooked.
