Wash the strawberries thoroughly and ensure they are fully dried.
In a medium bowl suitable for microwave use, heat the chocolate on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture, then continue heating in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted. (Be cautious not to overheat, as this can cause the chocolate to seize and become lumpy.)
Submerge the strawberries in the melted chocolate and place them on a sheet of wax paper to set.
Enjoy them immediately or place them in the refrigerator to achieve a firmer chocolate coating.
