Ingredients

  • 6 large medjool dates
  • 3 ounces dark chocolate
  • sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free Natural Peanut Butter

Instructions

    Prepare a small baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

    Carefully slice open each date along one side with a sharp knife and remove the pit. Spoon in ½ tablespoon of peanut butter into each date.

    In a small bowl, melt the chocolate by microwaving it in 20-second intervals (approximately 1 ½ minutes total), stirring after each interval until the chocolate is completely smooth and glossy. Alternatively, you can melt it using a double boiler.

    With the help of two forks or chopsticks, immerse the date in the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated while keeping the peanut butter visible. Then, place it on the lined baking sheet.

    Continue this process with the remaining dates and place them in the refrigerator until they have set.
