Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×4 inch loaf pan by greasing it. For easier removal of the bread later, you may also line the bottom with a square piece of parchment paper, approximately 9 x 9 inches.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Whisk them together until evenly blended.
In a larger bowl, thoroughly mash the ripe bananas until they reach a smooth and liquid consistency. Next, incorporate the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the banana mixture.
