In a blender, combine the mango with 1/4 cup of coconut milk and the sugar, blending until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency. Set this aside for later use.
In a separate medium-sized bowl, mix the remaining coconut milk with the honey, stirring until the two ingredients are well incorporated.
Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the mango puree into each popsicle mold, then fill the molds with the coconut milk mixture until they are completely filled.
Transfer the molds to the freezer and allow them to freeze until they are firm, which should take about 5 to 6 hours.
