Make the Chicken Salad: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced celery, mayonnaise, chicken broth, dried cranberries, and chopped red onion. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference.
