In a spacious pot, mix together chicken broth, diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped zucchini. Place it over medium heat and allow the mixture to come to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender, which should take approximately 20 minutes.
