Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sazon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

Instructions

    In a spacious mixing bowl, thoroughly season the chicken thighs with Italian dressing, salt, and the remaining spices on both sides to ensure an even coating. For optimal flavor, cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate overnight or for as long as possible before baking. If you're short on time, feel free to bake them immediately without marinating.

    Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place the chicken thighs, skin side down, onto a large baking sheet equipped with a rack. If you don’t have a rack available, you can line the sheet with nonstick foil or lightly spray it with cooking oil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Carefully turn the chicken thighs so that the skin side is facing up and continue to bake for an additional 20 to 24 minutes, or until they achieve a golden brown color, are crispy, and are fully cooked in the center.
