Massage the pork chops with minced garlic, then incorporate sazon seasoning, cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, and black pepper.
Dust the pork chops with flour before placing them into the slow cooker.
Layer the potatoes and peppers on top of the chops.
Drizzle the tomato sauce and add 1/4 cup of water over the meat.
