Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 3/4 cups diced ham
  • 1/4 cup half and half cream
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup chopped steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup fresh grated cheese
  • 2/3 cup 2% milk
