  • 3 cups cucumber
  • 2 cups cantaloupe melon
  • 4 oz feta cheese block
  • 1 cup watercress
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon za’atar or cumin
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
