In a blender, combine flour, milk, eggs, and oil, then blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
Preheat a nonstick crepe pan over medium-low heat. Once it reaches the right temperature, lightly coat the bottom with cooking spray. Pour in 1/4 cup of the crepe batter, tilting the pan gently to spread the mixture into a thin, even layer.
Allow the crepe to cook for about 1 minute or until the underside turns a light golden brown. Carefully flip it over and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until it achieves a similar golden hue. Place the cooked crepe on a plate and continue this process with the remaining batter.
