  • 20 walnut halves
  • 1 package Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers*
  • sea salt
  • 20 pecan halves

    In a medium-sized bowl suitable for microwave use, add the chocolate wafers. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each round, until fully melted, which should take approximately 1 1/2 minutes in total.

    Acting swiftly, take a walnut and immerse it into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off. Place the coated walnut onto a sheet of wax paper. Next, repeat this process with a pecan, positioning it atop the walnut. Continue by dipping an almond into the chocolate, completing the cluster. Proceed with the remaining nuts in the same manner.
