Lightly coat two nonstick baking sheets with cooking spray, or alternatively, line them with a silpat.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Nutella, almond butter, cocoa powder, sugar, and egg. Use a spatula to blend the ingredients thoroughly until they are well incorporated.
Using a spoon, drop 1 level tablespoon of the cookie mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart. Gently press down on each mound with the tines of a fork to create a crosshatch design on the surface.
