The aroma of Garlic, Rosemary, and freshly Baked Bread is simply irresistible. Just the thought of it makes my stomach rumble. I've always favored savory treats over sweet ones; I can whip up a dozen cupcakes without a second glance, but set a warm batch of these biscuits in front of me, and it’s a whole different ball game.

Begin by setting your oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter, then incorporate the oil and half of the minced garlic; cook gently over low heat for approximately 1 minute.
Take the pan off the heat and mix in the chopped rosemary.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix with the parmesan cheese and the rest of the garlic.
Pour in the milk and blend the ingredients together (avoid overmixing).
Using a heaping tablespoon (around 1.5 oz each), scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Once baked, brush or drizzle the biscuits with the melted butter. Return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are lightly golden on the bottom.
