Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (204°C).
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with a silicone mat or parchment paper. If you choose parchment paper, lightly coat it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, whisking them together thoroughly.
Incorporate the yogurt into the dry mixture, using a fork or spatula to blend until you achieve a crumbly texture.
Sprinkle some flour onto a clean work surface, then transfer the dough from the bowl. Knead the mixture gently for about 15 turns until the dough is smooth and slightly tacky, ensuring it doesn’t stick to your hands when pulled away.
Portion the dough into 16 equal pieces, forming them into small balls.
Lightly flour both your work surface and a rolling pin.
Take one dough ball and flatten it, then roll it out into an oval shape measuring approximately 4 ½ inches in length.
Encase a half hot dog with the rolled dough and position it on the prepared baking sheet. Continue this process with the remaining hot dogs and dough.
Apply an egg wash to each wrapped hot dog and generously sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Once done, let them cool for 10 minutes before serving.
