Ingredients

  • 4 6 ounce boneless skinless fish fillets
  • olive oil spray
  • 2 limes
  • 5 cups slaw
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Equipment Needed

  • Air Fryer

Instructions

  1. 1

Lightly coat the fish with oil, ensuring an even coverage. Generously sprinkle your seasoning blend over the fish. Cut one lime into wedges, and slice the other lime in half.

  2. 2

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise and either sriracha or chipotle sauce, then squeeze in the juice of 1/4 of the lime. Add a splash of water to achieve a drizzling consistency.

  3. 3

Place the fish in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes at 400°F, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.

  4. 4

In the meantime, toss the slaw with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, the juice from the remaining half lime, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

  5. 5

Arrange the mixture onto 4 plates, placing the fish alongside, and drizzle the spicy mayo over the top of the fish.

  6. 6

Serve with lime wedges on the side, and add a sprinkle of cilantro for garnish.

  7. 7

Don’t have an air fryer? No worries! Preheat a skillet over high heat, spray it with oil, and cook the fish for 5 to 6 minutes.
