
This colossal Turkey Meatball takes the classic meatball to a whole new level! Rather than the usual size, this one is enormous, baked in the oven much like a meatloaf. It’s generously slathered with marinara sauce and finished off with gooey melted cheese—absolutely irresistible!

Begin by setting your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, pecorino cheese, egg, minced garlic, tomato paste, chopped parsley, and salt. Mix the ingredients gently until they are well incorporated. Shape the mixture into an oval loaf using your hands, making sure the top is slightly flattened. Place the shaped loaf onto a nonstick baking sheet. Bake it uncovered for 50 to 55 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C) when checked with a meat thermometer. Once done, take it out of the oven, generously spoon marinara sauce over the top, and sprinkle cheese on it. Return it to the oven for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Cut the meatloaf into 8 equal pieces. If desired, serve with extra warmed marinara sauce on the side.
