Ingredients

  • 8 ounces hummus
  • 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp red onion
  • 1 cup English cucumber
  • 1 cup Roma tomato
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 small lemon

Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, blend together the yogurt, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and freshly cracked pepper. Put this mixture aside for later use.

    In a glass dish measuring 8”x8” or 7" x 11", create layers starting with the hummus, followed by the yogurt blend, then add the diced red onion, chopped cucumber, diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and finally, the olives on top.
