  • black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove minced garlic

    Clean the asparagus thoroughly and remove the tough ends. You can easily do this by bending the spears until they snap at their natural breaking point.
