Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mixed herbs
  • 1 -1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small clove minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

    In a mixing bowl or blender, whisk together the ingredients for the marinade and pour it over the steak. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

    In a separate bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt. Add the vinegar, minced garlic, and olive oil, stirring to combine.

    Preheat the grill to high heat, then lightly coat the grates with cooking spray. Grill the steak for several minutes on each side until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before cutting.
