  • 15 oz can chickpeas
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 oz feta
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 mini cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 oz grilled chicken
