In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, olive oil, lime juice, and cinnamon until well combined. Put this mixture aside for later use.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to a medium-high temperature.
Once heated, apply a light coating of oil spray to the grill grates.
Gently brush the pineapple slices with the prepared marinade.
Place the pineapple on the grill, flipping it once and basting it one or two times with the leftover marinade, cooking until it becomes tender and develops a golden color, which should take approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve the grilled pineapple while it's still warm.
