"During the summer months, there's nothing quite like enjoying a Grilled Steak adorned with vibrant chopped tomatoes, zesty red onion, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, and a touch of olive oil. This is undoubtedly one of my preferred methods for preparing steak when the weather is warm." Recipe title: "Grilled Steak With Tomatoes, Red Onion and Balsamic"

Use a fork to poke holes all over the steak. Generously season it with 1 1/4 teaspoons of kosher salt, along with pepper and garlic powder. Allow the steak to rest at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes.
In a sizable mixing bowl, mix together the onions, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and pepper. Allow the onions to marinate in this mixture for a few minutes to soften their flavor. Then, incorporate the tomatoes and fresh herbs, adjusting the salt to taste if necessary.
Preheat your grill or broiler to high heat. Grill the steak for around 7 minutes per side for a medium-rare result, or cook longer according to your preference. Once done, transfer the steak to a plate and let it rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.
Cut the steak into thin slices on a diagonal angle; top with the tomato mixture and serve.
