Begin by setting your oven temperature to 275°F.
Position the spiral-cut ham in a roasting dish, ensuring the cut side is facing downwards. Tightly cover it with aluminum foil to keep moisture locked in and avoid drying.
Roast the ham in the preheated oven at 275°F for 12-15 minutes per pound, adjusting based on the weight of your ham. This will typically take around 2 hours.
In a small saucepan, mix together brown sugar, honey, orange juice, pineapple juice, and Dijon mustard. Whisk the ingredients thoroughly and let them simmer on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture reduces and thickens into a glossy glaze.
About 15 minutes prior to the ham being fully cooked, take it out of the oven and generously brush the glaze all over the surface.
Complete the cooking process by returning the ham to the oven uncovered for the final 15 minutes.
