"These succulent honey teriyaki chicken drumsticks are irresistibly sweet and sticky, delivering a burst of flavor in every bite! Sautéed in a skillet with a delightful mixture of honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, the chicken becomes wonderfully tender as the sauce reduces to a luscious glaze. Trust us, the absence of skin won't even be noticed!"

In a skillet, mix together soy sauce, rice wine, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sriracha. Heat over medium-low, stirring the mixture for approximately 2 minutes.
Introduce the chicken to the skillet and cook, covered, for 5 minutes. Then, flip the chicken pieces, cover again, and simmer for 20 minutes on medium-low heat. After that, turn the chicken once more, cover, and continue cooking for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is extremely tender. If the sauce has not reached your desired thickness, remove the lid and allow it to simmer uncovered for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
Garnish the dish with chopped scallions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Utilize the sauté function; once heated, add soy sauce, rice wine, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sriracha. Stir for 2 minutes. Next, place the chicken in the pot, secure the lid, and cook on high pressure for 15 to 20 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
Once the pressure has been released, complete the dish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
