Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 cups 12.5 oz cooked peeled large shrimp, diced
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat Sargento Mexican blend
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Franks hot sauce

Instructions

  1. 1

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

Generously coat an 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch baking dish, or even a pie dish, with a light layer of cooking spray.

  3. 3

In a mixing bowl, blend the first four ingredients along with 1/4 cup of cheese until you achieve a smooth consistency.

  4. 4

Incorporate the shrimp into the mixture; stir thoroughly and transfer it to a small oven-safe dish.

  5. 5

Place the dish in the oven and bake until thoroughly heated, which should take around 20 to 25 minutes.

  6. 6

Once out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and return to the oven until the cheese is bubbly and melted, approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
