Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup dark brown brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 15.5 ounce can kidney beans
  • 15.5 ounce can pinto beans
  • 15.5 ounce can northern beans

Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients in the pot insert and mix thoroughly until well blended.

    Secure the lid in place. Select the Manual setting, adjust to High pressure, and program it for 8 minutes.

    After the cooking time is complete, allow for natural pressure release for about 10-15 minutes, then proceed with a quick release.
