  • 1 cup water

Instructions

    Position the rack at the base of the Instant Pot. Add water to the pot, then arrange the eggs on top of the rack.

    Secure the lid and ensure it's sealed. Set the cooker to high pressure and select the manual setting for 5 minutes. After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then perform a quick release to release any remaining steam. Carefully remove the lid once the steam has dissipated. Immediately place the eggs under cold running water until they are cool enough to handle. Peel them right away.

    Secure the lid again and seal it. Cook on high pressure using the manual setting for 3 minutes. After the timer goes off, do a quick release and open the lid once the steam has escaped. Quickly run the eggs under cold water until they are cool enough to touch. Peel them immediately.
